Brian is always super helpful! He goes above and beyond to help out in different situations… I was going to count and things weren’t adding up to what was being said about me and he printed out the original police report and gave me the proof I needed to take with me to make my case… Also he is always available on the phone and ready to send copies of insurance or whatever I need via email or fax… It’s nice to have an insurance agent that I can get ahold of when I need to… I just called Brian from the BMV(so you know I really needed him) and he was available and faxed me what I needed. This is very different than my last insurance company and this is something that I am super appreciative of! I will be staying with my insurance agent Brian Houck for the foreseeable future!
